PB Special Meeting, 2/17/15

Meeting called to order at 7:07. Members present – Linda, Tom, Rich,
Hershey, and Barry.

Minutes for Dec. meeting were read and approved; motion made by
Hershey, second by Tom.

The purpose of our meeting was to review and edit the Site Plan Review
for our current zoning code. We spent the whole evening on this project and
ended on page 6 section 313.6, Lighting. We are to review this section and pick
up here at our regular meeting on 2/26/15. We also plan to edit for finalization
the material on Cluster Development that will be added to Subdivision Code and
Zoning Code.
