Efforts to resolve have been unsatisfactory. The swimming platform also infringes onto neighbor’s lake rights and should meet the setback. The property is only fifty feet wide at the water.

Tim Dorn has found that many renters drive SUVs and trucks, so the dimensions in 315.4 (A) and 315.3 (B) of the code, 8×18, feet are too small. For the next revision of the code, change the width to 9 ft, require that they be marked clearly and that guests not onload in the road.
