PUBLIC HEARING Varick Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on November 28, 2017 at 7pm in the Town Office Building at 4782 Route 96 for a Request for Review of a Code Enforcement Action. A public hearing is requested by Becky Little to review and appeal action taken by the Varick Code Enforcement Officer to lift a Stop Work Order regarding the construction of stairs at 5626 East Lake Rd in the Town of Varick. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear and consider the appeal, which seeks enforcement of minimum side setbacks for structures and appeal of the decision to lift the stop work order. A copy of the request can be obtained from the Zoning Board Chair.

A public hearing for an area variance is requested under Section 306.3 of the Varick Zoning Code for property located at 5445 Deal Road, in the Town of Varick, Lot 10 Section 3, Block 10. The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear and consider the appeal for an area variance which seeks relief from minimum lot size. Said application ‘Application for Approval of Minor Subdivision’ is on file with the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Town Clerk and is open for inspection.
