ZBA Hearing – Request for Area Variance


On 9/9/2014 the ZBA heard a request for area variance. The
Zoning Compliance Permit Application and Application for a Variance submitted
by S. Mayer of 5475 East Lake Road were reviewed. The property is located in the Lake Shore
Residential area. Applicant requested 1.7 feet variance to comply with the code
of 10 feet from the side property setback.
